These consultations require professional evaluation, documentation, and veterinary responsibility for the recommendations provided, and are therefore charged in accordance with the German veterinary fee regulations (GOT).

• complex medical cases
• detailed second opinions
• review of extensive previous records
• written treatment or long-term management recommendations

Fees depend on the actual time and complexity involved.

An email consultation cannot replace a clinical examination in every case. If a reliable assessment is not possible remotely, we may recommend an in-person appointment at the practice.
